We provide users with informational articles, step-by-step diagnostic checklists, escalation communication templates, and an interactive AI Chat widget designed to guide consumers through transaction and billing disputes. All materials are educational resources and do not represent formal resolution services, legal representation, or financial mediation. We do not contact third-party companies on your behalf.

3. Subscription Payments, Cancellations & Upgrades

We offer premium upgrade plans that grant access to our complete library of written letters, contact sheets, and regulatory complaint guides. Payments are billed recurringly (monthly or annually) via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to your Account Dashboard and selecting "Cancel Subscription," which will halt future billing cycles immediately.

4. Explicit Disclaimer of Liability & Advice

The materials on this site are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall SENTINEL AI LABS or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption, account locks, credit score changes, or denied bank disputes) arising out of the use or inability to use the templates, guides, or AI widget advice, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

All text layouts, custom designs, and coding assets are the intellectual property of SENTINEL AI LABS. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and adapt our escalation letters for your personal, non-commercial use. Commercial redistribution or selling of our templates is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

Any claim relating to our website shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
